Royal Monastery of Sant Jeroni de Cotalba


The Monastery of Sant Jeroni de Cotalba is one of the best preserved in the Valencian Community. With great stylistic diversity. It is located in Alfauir (Valencia), just 8 km. of Gandía. It contains several interior and exterior spaces excellent for filming, such as: the Gothic tower, the orange trees patio, the Mudejar cloister, the church, the refectory, the oil mill, the silo, the winepress and the stables, the monks' kitchen, the upper cloister with its polychrome Gothic sculptures, the Puerta de los Leones, the arms room, as well as its romantic gardens and the Gothic aqueduct located next to a forest that surrounds it.
