The cistern was built in 1762. The exterior has a small brick hut that covers the staircase leading to the cistern. The staircase is carved in stone and goes down to the hole that opens into the cistern. It is 25 metres long, 5 metres high and 5 metres wide and has a barrel vault. It has graffiti from the year of its construction. The floor is of beaten earth. In one of the corners there is a hole that was used to descend to clean the cistern. This hole has some holes that were used to place wood as a staircase.
